
FB Division (FB Service & Culinary)
The FB Division (Middle Level / D2) Program is an integrated training program that combines competencies in Food & Beverage Service and Culinary. Participants will learn intermediate food service techniques, table manners, basic barista skills, basic bartending (non-alcoholic if required), as well as international cooking techniques. This program aims to prepare skilled professionals who are ready to be placed in operational or entry-level supervisory positions in restaurants, cafés, hotels, and the culinary industry.
Program Objectives
- Master food and beverage service techniques according to industry standards.
- Be able to perform professional table setup and table service.
- Understand food and beverage product knowledge.
- Master the basics of Western and Asian cooking.
- Be able to process food ingredients efficiently and hygienically.
- Be able to coordinate between kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Be able to handle customers professionally (customer handling).
- Be ready to work as a Senior Waiter, Commis, or FB Supervisor Trainee.
