Food & Beverage (FB) Service

The FB Service Program (Basic Level / D1) provides a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and cafés. Participants will be trained in basic service techniques, table setup, food and beverage presentation, and proper service etiquette. Through a combination of practical and theoretical approaches, participants are prepared to become professional waiters/waitresses who are able to deliver the best experience for every guest.

Program Objectives

  • Understand the basics of food and beverage service in restaurants or hotels.
  • Master table setup techniques, table manners, and proper guest service procedures.
  • Be able to serve food and beverages in accordance with applicable SOPs.
  • Understand types of menus, service equipment, and work procedures.
  • Develop polite and effective communication skills with guests.
  • Be able to handle basic complaints with proper etiquette.
  • Be ready to work as an entry-level waiter/waitress or FB Service staff.
