The Room Division Program (Middle Level / D2) is designed to produce professionals with in-depth competencies in Housekeeping and Front Office operations. Participants will learn five-star hotel operational standards, guest service techniques, room management, linen handling, and the use of modern reception and administrative systems. This program prepares graduates to take on entry-level supervisory positions in hotels and other accommodation industries.

Program Objectives

  • Understand the structure, functions, and workflow of the Room Division comprehensively.
  • Master intermediate to advanced housekeeping techniques.
  • Be able to handle front office operations in accordance with international standards.
  • Master the use of Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Be able to handle guests professionally (guest handling).
  • Be able to manage inventory, linen, and operational equipment.
  • Be able to coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Be ready to work as a Senior Room Attendant, Front Desk Agent, or Room Division Supervisor Trainee.
