
Room Division (Housekeeping & Front Office)
The Room Division Program (Middle Level / D2) is designed to produce professionals with in-depth competencies in Housekeeping and Front Office operations. Participants will learn five-star hotel operational standards, guest service techniques, room management, linen handling, and the use of modern reception and administrative systems. This program prepares graduates to take on entry-level supervisory positions in hotels and other accommodation industries.
Program Objectives
- Understand the structure, functions, and workflow of the Room Division comprehensively.
- Master intermediate to advanced housekeeping techniques.
- Be able to handle front office operations in accordance with international standards.
- Master the use of Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Be able to handle guests professionally (guest handling).
- Be able to manage inventory, linen, and operational equipment.
- Be able to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Be ready to work as a Senior Room Attendant, Front Desk Agent, or Room Division Supervisor Trainee.
