Synergy of RIC Bali and Jembrana Police in the “Police Care for the Unemployed” Program

Jembrana - RIC Bali is exploring a partnership with the Jembrana Police (Polres Jembrana) through the “Police Care for the Unemployed” (Polisi Peduli Pengangguran) program. The partnership aims to support training for prospective workers and to help more of them find placements in industry.

Tackling unemployment takes collaboration across many sectors, including education institutions and the police. As part of that effort, RIC Bali welcomed officials from the Jembrana Police to coordinate on the program, which addresses unemployment through job training and placement.

During the visit, RIC Bali and the Jembrana Police discussed ways to work together on preparing prospective workers with the skills employers need. The discussion covered unemployment, training for prospective workers, and efforts to connect job seekers with available job opportunities.

RIC Bali focuses on skills and competency development, so it is well placed to help prospective workers get ready for employment through education and training that matches industry needs. Skills that fit the job market are expected to make job seekers more competitive and widen their chances of finding work.

Through the program, the Jembrana Police is also encouraging different parties to get involved in finding solutions to unemployment. Working with education institutions such as RIC Bali is expected to create more room for coordination, especially in preparing skilled people who are ready to enter the workforce.

This coordination is a first step toward forms of collaboration that can benefit the community, especially prospective workers who need access to skills training and information about job opportunities.

RIC Bali welcomes the initiative and hopes the partnership between education and the police will keep growing, both to improve the quality of human resources and to create more job opportunities in Bali.

Through ongoing collaboration, RIC Bali and the Jembrana Police hope to help build a workforce that is more skilled, more competitive, and ready to meet the needs of industry.
